Chapman Drainage & Basement is looking for dependable installers to join our team. If you're willing to work hard, show up on time, and learn, we'll teach you the rest.
We specialize in:
- Basement waterproofing
- Downspout drainage installation
- Foundation drainage systems
- Bowed and cracked wall repairs
- Sump pump systems
- Crawl space drainage and waterproofing
Every day is different. You'll work outdoors, stay active, learn valuable construction skills, and become part of a small team that takes pride in doing quality work.
What We Offer
- $140 per day while you train
- $160 per day once you've successfully completed training

Schedule
- Typically 4–5 days per week
- Monday through Friday
- We generally start around 8:00 AM.
- Most workdays average around six hours, although this varies depending on the project and weather. We pay by the day, not by the hour, so if the job is finished early, you still earn your full day's pay.
- We believe your personal and family time is important. We work efficiently, avoid unnecessary late days, and respect your scheduled time off.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
