Join our dynamic facilities maintenance team as a Maintenance/Forklift Operator/Delivery Driver, where your expertise keeps our operations running smoothly and efficiently! Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to move materials and products, routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Deliver product to our customers at different locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri and southern Kansas all with a days trip.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, and general repairs in residential or commercial settings.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies or breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong foundation in mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures for complex equipment.
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals fluently in English.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic devices.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred for overseeing projects or teams.
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal clients or external vendors.
