Open Arms Personal Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Children's Respite Care Specialists to provide individualized support to children and adolescents with developmental, intellectual, behavioral, emotional, and physical disabilities.

The Children's Respite Care Specialist will:
- Provide compassionate supervision and care for children in the home and community.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Promote independence through age-appropriate activities.
- Plan and participate in recreational and educational activities.
- Support social and emotional development.
- Prepare light meals and snacks when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment during service.
- Follow each child's individualized care plan.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and supervisors.
- Accurately complete required documentation and service notes.
- Report incidents, concerns, or changes in a child's condition immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency policies.
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
