Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and distributors.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Review architectural drawings and perform material takeoffs.
- Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations.
- Process customer orders from quote through production and shipment.
- Provide product recommendations and technical assistance.
- Coordinate with production to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Follow up on quotations and identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and project records.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and inside sales experience.
- Ability to read architectural blueprints and perform takeoffs is preferred.
- Estimating experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience in the architectural, construction, manufacturing, or building products industry is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
