Duties
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase awareness of hospice services within targeted communities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations through proactive outreach and engagement
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to educate referral sources about hospice care options
- Manage account portfolios by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly
- Lead efforts in B2B sales by negotiating contracts, securing new referrals, and expanding existing partnerships
- Analyze market trends and referral patterns to identify growth opportunities and optimize outreach strategies
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and educational seminars to promote hospice services effectively
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and foster long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication skills for delivering impactful product demos and engaging presentations
- Proven experience in account management, outside sales, or medical sales within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors
