Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
- Treat patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Participate in patient education and family support initiatives
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program
- Florida state licensure as an SLP
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
