We are seeking a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will assist customers with purchases, maintain product displays, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system
- Handle cash, credit, and returns in accordance with store policies
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly labeled
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints professionally
- Stay up to date on promotions, discounts, and store policies
