Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team and provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. This is a part-time and PRN position with the opportunity for additional hours as our agency continues to grow.
The ideal candidate is reliable, patient, professional, and comfortable supporting clients with personal care and activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as needed
- Provide mobility, ambulation, and transfer assistance
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed
- Provide medication reminders within the caregiver’s authorized scope
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care
- Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior
- Complete required care documentation accurately and on time
- Follow client care plans and agency policies
- Maintain client privacy, dignity, safety, and professional boundaries
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and agency staff
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA credential in good standing preferred
- Caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance when driving is required
- Ability to complete required background checks
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to safely perform the physical duties required for assigned client care

Schedule
Schedules vary based on client needs and employee availability. Day, evening, weekend, overnight, and PRN opportunities may become available.
Location
This is an on-the-road position providing care in clients’ private homes. Applicants must be able to reliably travel to assigned client locations in Seattle and surrounding areas.
