Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility needs
Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care while promoting resident dignity and independence
Support residents with transfers, repositioning, and comfort measures as needed
Collaborate with nursing staff and the healthcare team to support individualized resident care plans
Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff promptly
Assist with maintaining accurate documentation of resident care and services provided
Encourage resident participation in activities and programs that promote engagement, socialization, and overall wellness
Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Follow infection prevention practices and facility standards of care
