Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and leadership to our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to design and deliver individualized treatment programs
Conduct regular staff training and coaching to ensure compliance with ABA standards and company protocols
Monitor and report on clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Foster a culture of mutual respect, open communication, and continuous learning among team members
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and advancements
