Job Description: LPN Full time
Shifts available 7-3p , 3-11p and 11-7a Saturdays and Sundays
Responsibilities
Nursing Functions * Quality & Safety * Charting & Documentation * Resident & Representative Communication
· Thorough RN to RN Endorsement.
· Ability to reconcile shift medications (i.e., Narcotic Medications).
· Effectively conduct Medication Pass and document accordingly.
· Accurately and Timely Charting and Documentation.
· Completes all nursing multi-system assessments to include head to toe, vitals, dressing changes, applies protective skin barrier.
· Uphold Residents Rights.
· Communicate effectively with practitioners, physicians, and fellow staff.
· Assess and evaluate residents plan of care to implement accordingly.
· Promote Error Free Working Environment according to facility policies.
· Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to promote Patient-Centered Care.
Requirements:
· You must hold a Clear and Active license.
· Nurse in the state of Florida or qualifying multi-state licensure.
· Bilingual (Preferred, but not required)
· Current CPR/BLS Certification
· Associates Degree (Minimum Requirement)
