Royal Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our growing Home Care team serving Bronx, NY. We are hiring clinicians interested in providing either pediatric OR adult home health services, helping patients improve communication, swallowing, cognitive function, and overall quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

Position Summary
As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders. You'll collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence, improve functional outcomes, and enhance quality of life.
For pediatric patients, you'll support developmental milestones and communication skills through family-centered, in-home therapy. For adult patients, you'll focus on restoring function following illness, injury, or neurological conditions.
What You'll DoConduct Comprehensive Evaluations
- Assess speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders.
- Evaluate developmental delays in pediatric patients and functional deficits in adult populations.
Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
- Create evidence-based treatment goals tailored to each patient's age, diagnosis, and functional needs.
- Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and physician recommendations.
Deliver Skilled Home-Based Therapy
- Provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes.
- Help patients improve communication, cognitive abilities, swallowing safety, and independence with daily activities.
Educate Patients & Caregivers
- Train families and caregivers on home exercise programs, communication strategies, feeding techniques, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.
Collaborate with the Care Team
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, PTs, OTs, case managers, social workers, schools, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain Clinical Documentation
- Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and required documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Experience in home health, Early Intervention (EI), school-based, pediatric, adult rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and caregiver education abilities
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the community
- Passion for improving patient outcomes and delivering compassionate care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
