Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal teams. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and facilitate effective communication to meet project goals and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing timely updates.
- Coordinate project timeliness, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans and resolve any issues that arise .
- Monitor project progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to project activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven Manufacturing experience in customer service, account management, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Manufacturing project management tools and software is preferred.
Pay: $52,718.99 - $63,489.54 per year
