Assembly Mechanic – 1st & 2nd Shift
Pay: $24 – $27 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available

About the Position
We are seeking experienced Assembly Mechanics to join our team on 1st and 2nd shift. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude are key. Ideal candidates will have experience using a variety of tools and working with blueprints to assemble high-quality mechanical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly using air, hand, and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and schematics
- Measure and verify components using a tape measure, calipers, and other measuring devices
- Assemble parts to precise specifications with a focus on quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support production goals and collaborate with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Mechanical assembly experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency with air tools, hand tools, and power tools
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Comfortable using a tape measure and other measurement tools
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
