Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to join our vibrant hospitality environment. Duties
- Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by bussing tables and clearing dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following sanitation protocols and cleaning schedules
- Help with food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulation.
- Contribute to overall kitchen operations by adhering to food service standards and assisting in other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail-oriented work habits
- Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary preparation and kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of catering or banquet experience is a plus but not mandatory
