Job Description:
Rush Expediting, a second-generation, family-owned logistics company, is looking for an experienced, reliable, and professional CDL Class A Driver to join our Columbus terminal team. This position is a
hybrid 2nd shift role, starting around
12:00 PM (noon) and running approximately

Schedule & Routes
- Primarily Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)
- Start time: around 12:00 PM (noon)

Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement
- Live within 30–40 minutes of our Columbus terminal
- HazMat & Tank endorsements preferred (must agree to obtain HazMat upon hire)
- Clean MVR and CSA score (no 15+ mph speeding tickets; no more than 2 moving violations in 12 months or 3 in 3 years)
- Minimum of 18 months of verifiable experience, in the last 3 years with no more than 3 employers, driving a tractor-trailer.
- Valid DOT Medical Card & ability to pass a DOT drug screen
- Knowledge of DOT hours-of-service rules
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Able to lift, push, or pull up to 70 lbs without assistance
- Positive attitude & strong customer service skills
