Local Property Management Company seeking a full-time HVAC/maintenance technician and a maintenance technician. We currently have two positions available. HVAC technician must have EPA HVAC certifications and we are looking for a make ready technician that has at least 2 years experience.
Must be well organized, able to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, with attention to detail. Must be available for emergency, after hours calls on an infrequent basis. Must be able to meet physical demands of job, including lifting, using ladders, bending, kneeling, etc.
Must be computer literate, familiar with Outlook, and be comfortable with processing accounts payable and work orders for monthly billings.
Applicant must have a valid clean driving record to qualify to drive a company truck.
Salary commensurate with ability and experience set, along with excellent company benefits.
