Responsibilities for CNA's & Home Health Aides:
- Provide direct care to residents following the individual resident care plan
- Foster a homelike atmosphere throughout the residence
- Answers call lights in a prompt manner
- Maintains a clean, safe and orderly environment for residents
- Documents medication records and ADL sheets in the resident chart
- Treat each resident with respect and dignity while encouraging independence
- No Mechanical Lifts
