Since 1988, CTI has been a trusted leader in audio-visual solutions, built around one core mission: delivering a fantastic customer experience. Our success comes from our people and the way we work together to support our clients.
And here is the truth: our people are what set us apart.
We are not looking for someone who just wants to punch a clock. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team where collaboration, growth, and fun are all part of the job (yes, fun is mandatory).
If you are passionate about audio-visual technology, enjoy being the go-to technical resource on-site, and thrive in a client-facing environment where no two rooms are exactly the same, you might be exactly who we are looking for.
This is a full-time, on-site Field Specialist role supporting one of our clients in Manhattan, NY. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends and no on-call rotation. This person will be the steady on-site AV resource who keeps conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and meeting technology running smoothly for the client every day.
As an On-Site Field Specialist at CTI, you are the trusted technical presence embedded with the client. You will support day-to-day AV operations, troubleshoot meeting room issues, perform system checks, assist with room readiness, and help ensure users have a smooth, professional meeting experience.

Documenting issues, communicating updates clearly, and coordinating with CTI service, engineering, programming, and client IT teams as needed
