Job Summary
Seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. As an authorized shipping center and mailbox provider, we serve customers with a variety of mailing, packaging, and business service needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with shipping services including labeling, weighing, and processing packages
- Package items safely and efficiently for shipment
- Manage mailbox rentals and assist customers with mail and package pickup
- Handle printing, copying, scanning, and faxing services
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Help resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills (POS systems, email, printing, and basic troubleshooting)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable handling packages of various sizes
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
