Business Process Engineer
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operation Research, Systems Engineering with 17 months of experience; Analyze processes using RCSA framework to prioritize risk exposures, identify gaps, and monitor actions taken to address them; Conduct RCSAs on a quarterly basis and submit reports to the Risk Management Function for review; Analyze data using statistical methods to support data-driven decision-making; Perform process engineering, including mapping processes with Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) using Microsoft Visio; coordinate the process of data collection, process improvement project with business managers, LOB professionals as well as Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Lead cross-entity, major Line-Of-Business (LOB) or multi-LOB/group redesign and business process improvement initiatives. Convert ARIS process maps to Visio using BPM Notation for ease of use and readability. Develop process documentation, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Skills- RCSA, BPMN, Microsoft Visio, ARIS, RCA, LOB, BPM, SLT & SOP. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to various worksites throughout the U.S., including San Antonio, TX 78288, and Charlotte, NC 28203.No telecommuting.
