The Garden Room is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality to join a team of wedding and event planners at The Garden Room Wedding Chapel and Banquet Facilities.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Working with a team of event planners and the Event Director with wedding and event planning, managing and working with dining room staff during events, welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, conducting facility tours, providing venue quotes and bookings, performing office administration, and other bridal services including wedding ceremony rehersals.
Other requirements include:
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Basic computer skills - Google Docs\Sheets
· Food & beverage experience preferred
· Available on weekends and evenings
- Drivers license and reliable transportation to and from facilities.
- Health Insurance available after probation - Full Time Only
