What You'll Do:
- Deliver engaging Math and Science lessons that spark curiosity and deepen understanding
- Adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
- Track and celebrate student progress regularly
- Create a classroom culture that's welcoming, respectful, and focused on growth
- Use proven, research-based teaching strategies and school-approved curricula
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate clearly with families about student success
- Integrate technology to enhance learning experiences
- Participate in school-wide activities that enrich student life and learning
Who You Are:
- Licensed to teach in Ohio with a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Comfortable in a supportive coaching environment with frequent feedback and growth opportunities
- Skilled communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to maintain confidentiality and manage diverse student settings confidently
- Experienced working in urban school environments and dedicated to equity in education
- Ready to pass background checks and uphold our commitment to a safe, inclusive community
