We are looking for a skilled, energetic Journeyman Plumber who wants more than a job — someone who wants to help build a business.
What You’ll Do
- Perform service, installation, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Execute remodel and replacement work with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety
- Diagnose issues, present solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain clean, organized, and code-compliant job sites
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, pricing, and service delivery
- Contribute ideas and field insight that help scale the plumbing division

<Duties>
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision on construction sites
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Assist with remodeling projects by installing fixtures, piping, and related mechanical components
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
- Support heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site work while adhering to safety standards
<Experience>
- Proven experience working on residential and light construction sites with a focus on plumbing installation and repair
- Knowledge of plumbing techniques, schematics, and mechanical systems including HVAC integration
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques
- Hands-on experience with maintenance, remodeling, or handyman work is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various construction environments
- Valid driver’s license or experience in commercial driving is a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $36.81 per hour
