Job Summary
The Dumpster Rental Salesperson is responsible for driving revenue by selling temporary and long-term dumpster rental services to contractors, construction companies, homeowners, and businesses. This role focuses on fast-paced quoting, customer service, and repeat business generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads within construction, renovation, and residential markets
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and provide accurate quotes for dumpster rentals
- Recommend appropriate dumpster sizes and service schedules based on project needs
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers
- Manage order scheduling and coordinate deliveries and pickups with dispatch teams
- Upsell additional services such as extended rentals or multiple hauls
- Track sales activities and maintain customer records in CRM
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

The Recycling Salesperson focuses on helping businesses improve sustainability by offering recycling programs, waste diversion solutions, and environmentally responsible disposal services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify businesses seeking sustainability and waste reduction solutions
- Promote recycling programs, waste audits, and diversion strategies
- Conduct waste stream analysis and recommend cost-saving improvements
- Develop customized recycling plans for commercial clients
- Track and report environmental impact metrics (diversion rates, cost savings)
- Maintain relationships with environmentally conscious clients
- Stay informed on sustainability trends and green initiatives

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
