Job Description:
Conengineers Builders LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent/Projet Manager to oversee the construction of Gary Matzner Park and manage additional construction-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the park site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and bids, ensuring proper documentation and timely responses.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project efficiency and quality.
- Assist in estimating, scheduling, and coordinating resources for both commercial and residential construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates and reports to project management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent on commercial and residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in construction documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and bid processes.
- Ability to work effectively on-site and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English to communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States.
Additional Information:
- This position requires hands-on involvement on the job site and occasional office work for project documentation.
- Candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced construction environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
