Duties
- Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility
- Conduct manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to transport materials and finished products safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions to enhance productivity
Requirements
- Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of assembly processes
- Willingness to be trained and follow directions
- Slight knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and lean manufacturing practices
- Experience managing or supporting assembly teams is a plus but not required
- Physical ability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills and technical proficiency in manufacturing operations

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
