Role and Responsibilities:
- Small equipment maintenance and repair
- Kitchen appliance maintenance and repair (with training and certification)
- Refrigeration equipment maintenance and repair (with training and certification)
- HVAC/R maintenance and repair (with training and certification)
- Staying current on equipment operating upgrades (provided)
- Building and physical-plant repairs as needed Requires one (1) ‘on-call’ weekend per month
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Some experience in mechanical and/or equipment repair desired
- Strong Knowledge of HVAC/R
- High school or equivalent
- Flexible schedule to occasionally respond to 24-hour / 7-day service as needed ( fixed on-call schedule)

- Basic mechanical and equipment repair skills

- Awareness of, and ability to learn and adhere to safety practices
- Ability to maintain a respectful workplace, using teamwork with co-workers
- Ability to work in sometimes busy restaurant setting with respectful people skills
- Ability to work in public areas in a respectful, hospitable manner
- Basic communication skills including email and smartphone apps

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
