Job Summary
We are seeking a polished and service-focused Client Services Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Fort Collins, CO. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys being the welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members while keeping daily office operations organized and running smoothly.
As the Client Services Coordinator, you will help create a warm, professional, and high-touch client experience in a collaborative office environment. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a high level of customer service.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, monitor office emails, and support timely communication across the team.
- Prepare conference rooms and advisor offices for meetings, including hospitality setup and client materials.
- Receive, sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, appointment letters, and client packets.
- Maintain accurate client and office information in the CRM system through data entry and database updates.
- Support office organization, supply inventory, team projects, weekly meetings, company events, and administrative needs as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Fort Collins, CO.
