We are currently hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our growing team in the Miamisburg, OH area. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and business development within a fast-paced environment.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will represent AT&T by engaging directly with customers, building relationships, and helping individuals find solutions that fit their connectivity and communication needs.
Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers while promoting AT&T products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend personalized AT&T solutions
- Deliver clear and engaging product presentations highlighting key service features and benefits
- Manage customer interactions throughout the sales process, including follow-up communication
- Work collaboratively with fellow Entry Level Sales Associates to exceed performance goals
- Stay informed on AT&T product updates, promotions, and service enhancements
- Provide ongoing customer support to encourage satisfaction and long-term retention
Qualifications for the Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or other people-focused environments preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow professionally
