```Duties```
Tire Service Experience preferred but not necessary but must have a willingness to learn.
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
- Conduct tire inspections and recommend appropriate services
- Mount and balance tires using power tools and tire machines
- Ensure proper tire inflation and alignment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Skills```
Experience with tires or willingness to learn the following:
- Tire mounting, balancing, and repair techniques
- Familiarity with power tools and Tire changing equipment. We have changing machines for passenger car & light truck tires as well as larger industrial and farm tires.
- Ability to perform lifting and physical tasks associated with the job
- Excellent customer service skills to assist customer and ability to work with others.
-Automotive repair experience is a plus but not necessary as we are also a full service automotive maintenance & repair service.
Experience preferred but is also open for someone who is willing to learn. Pay will be based on experience with the opportunity for wage increases as skills improve.
