FP Services Inc. / FPS Apparel is CUSTOM apparel manufacturer and supplier located in Chester, NY.
We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, analytical, entry level to mid level Account Manager, who will work to service our extensive customer base.
The right individual will have excellent communication skills, who is client-focused and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage a growing list of accounts, developing relationships and growing business.
Maintain a detailed understanding of product line and services offered
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, and customer stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Qualifications
. BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred)
. Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
. Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a deadline driven and fast-paced environment
· Outgoing, friendly, positive attitude
· Willingness to adjust responsibilities if needed to help the team in other areas
· Ambitious, with desire to grow in a fast-growing company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.71 - $21.89 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
