Responsibilities
- Provide Korean-English interpretation during site meetings, site walks, and other project-related activities.
- Support communication among headquarters, site teams, and external partners.
- Monitor construction progress, schedules, and key project issues.
- Coordinate construction schedules, material and equipment deliveries, inspections, and site access.
- Track project requests, punch-list items, and follow up through completion.
- Support the management and translation of drawings, reports, and project documents.
- Assist with communication related to safety, quality, inspections, permits, and code requirements.
- Develop an understanding of construction processes and project workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Support daily construction site operations and assist supervisors with project planning and coordination.
- Monitor construction progress, schedules, and project activities while tracking delays.
- Coordinate workforce scheduling, material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics.
- Support safety activities, including Toolbox Meetings (TBM), PPE inspections, hazard reporting, and site housekeeping.
- Verify construction quality and ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams regarding project activities.
- Prepare daily reports, manpower logs, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Coordinate permits, inspections, material deliveries, site access, and other field support activities.
Qualifications

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
