2100 S Miami Blvd, Durham, NC | Full-Time | Guaranteed $50,000 base — earn more as you close
Anticipated start: September 2026.
About the Practice
Revive Dentures & Implants is a new dental implant surgery and prosthetics practice opening at 2100 S Miami Blvd, Durham this fall. We are solo doctor owned, fee-for-service — patients pay directly, not through insurance. Our focus: All-on-X full-arch implants, single and multiple implant cases, implant-supported overdentures, and wisdom tooth removal. Our patients are motivated — they just need the right person to help them understand their options, build confidence in the investment, and take the next step. That's where you come in.
The Role
The Treatment Coordinator (TC) is the bridge between a patient's first consultation and their decision to move forward with life-changing treatment. This is a sales role — we won't pretend otherwise. You'll meet with patients after their exam and CBCT scan, review their treatment plan with them, answer financial and logistical questions, walk them through financing options, and guide them to a confident 'yes.' If you can build trust fast, simplify complex decisions, and close with integrity, you can earn very well here.
Important: the doctor determines every treatment plan based on clinical need. Your role is to help patients understand and afford the care the doctor has recommended — never to influence the clinical recommendation itself. We sell with honesty and put the patient first, always.
Compensation — How It Works
You are guaranteed $50,000 per year, period. That is your floor, not your ceiling — and unlike most commission plans, the guarantee is applied monthly: every month you're paid the greater of your base installment or that month's earned commissions. A strong month pays like a strong month, immediately — even early in your ramp — and no month is ever reduced to make up for another.
You earn commission on every arch of treatment completed:
- All-on-X (fixed full-arch): $1,000 per arch for arches 1–60 in a calendar year; $1,200 per arch above 60 in the same calendar year
- Implant-supported overdentures: $500 per arch ($600 above the 60-arch threshold)
- All arch types count toward the same annual 60-arch accelerator
Plus: 1% of collected non-arch treatment on plans you present — single and multiple implants, wisdom tooth removal, grafting. Every consultation you run is worth your full effort, not just the full-arch cases.
A full-arch All-on-X patient (upper + lower) = 2 arches = $2,000 in commission on that one case.
Commissions are earned and paid at case completion and collection, as defined in the written compensation plan. Once your commissions exceed your base, you keep every dollar — the base simply becomes your guaranteed minimum. There is no clawback, ever.
What does this look like in practice?
- A 6-arch month: $6,000 that month — well above your base installment, paid immediately
- 5 arches/month (60/year): $60,000 — you're earning above your base
- 7 arches/month (84/year): 60 × $1,000 + 24 × $1,200 = $88,800 — plus non-arch incentives on top
- 10 arches/month (120/year): 60 × $1,000 + 60 × $1,200 = $132,000 — plus non-arch incentives on top
These figures are illustrative examples, not guarantees. Actual earnings depend on individual performance, case volume, and close rate.
Your income is a direct function of how well you convert consultations into committed patients. The ceiling is yours to set.
Commission is governed by the practice's written compensation plan and may be modified prospectively in accordance with applicable law. Final base compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
