Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Calibration and Quality Officer specializing in the aerospace industry to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain calibration procedures aligned with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular calibration of measurement and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Perform comprehensive quality inspections and audits across manufacturing processes to verify compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant standards.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives by monitoring quality systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management activities related to quality improvements and calibration schedules.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends, root causes of non-conformities, and opportunities for process enhancements.
- Prepare detailed reports on calibration status, audit findings, and compliance metrics for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related high-precision industry with a focus on calibration and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP standards, and quality management systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits, inspections, and assessments within regulated environments.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical data and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with quality systems such as QA/QC protocols, documentation practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Project management skills to coordinate calibration schedules and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
