Room Attendant / Housekeeper - Recamarera
Job Title: Room AttendantClassification: Full-Time, Non-ExemptDepartment: HousekeepingReports To: Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor
Compensation Range: $17.00-$18.00 Per Hour
Position Summary:The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms are clean, orderly, and fully stocked according to company standards. This role supports guest satisfaction by providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare guest rooms (beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture)

Replenish amenities and linens

Remove trash and used items

Report maintenance or damage issues

Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly

Maintain housekeeping cart and storage areas

Follow safety and sanitation procedures

Assist with deep-cleaning projects as needed
Qualifications:

Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
-
Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, professional communication with guests and staff

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and walk for extended periods

Weekend and holiday availability required

Bilingual skills a plus
Work Environment:Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and pushing carts. Exposure to cleaning agents and varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
