Requirements:
- 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems independently
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use tablets, mobile technology, and digital dispatching systems
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and working in physically demanding environments
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.

- Perform plumbing installations, maintenance services, and system upgrades while ensuring code compliance and quality workmanship.
- Maintain accurate job documentation, invoices, and customer records using company technology and software.
