Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment and machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshoot 480V to 24V circuits.
- Program and Troubleshoot PLCs, VFD, and Servo drives.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks.
- Document maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Degree or 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in multifaceted maintenance roles, with a strong emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety protocols.
