Culture For Good is looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing person to join our team as a part-time Outbound Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will connect with current and past customers, check in on their experience, answer basic questions, help with orders and subscriptions, and introduce customers to products that may be a good fit for their needs.
This is not a cold-calling position. Most calls will be made to people who already know Culture For Good or have purchased from us before.
Duties
- Call and follow up with current and past customers
- Provide friendly and helpful customer support
- Assist with orders, subscriptions, and account questions
- Share product information in a clear and comfortable way
- Follow up with customers who may need additional support
- Keep accurate notes from customer conversations
- Help strengthen customer relationships and improve retention
Skills
- Is warm, professional, and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Has strong communication and listening skills
- Is dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Has customer service, phone support, or sales experience
- Is comfortable learning about natural health and wellness products
- Can speak with customers without sounding scripted or pushy
- Has basic computer and data-entry skills
