**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team. 40 hours per week. Preschool age children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children. As a Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum - Provide engaging and educational activities for children - Manage classroom activities and promote positive behavior management - Monitor and assess student progress - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development - Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience in childcare, tutoring, or classroom management - Strong understanding of child development principles - Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of physical education and behavior management techniques - Experience working with children with diverse needs or special education background is a plus - Familiarity with daycare regulations and child welfare standards Join our team as a Lead Teacher and make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
