Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to receive, inspect, and correctly route incoming product to the Warranty department. Also to serve as the direct point of contact between the Warranty and CS departments.
Essential Duties:
- Receive incoming bows, scopes, and accessories from delivery personnel into the Service & Repair Department and enters into RMA software.
- Inventory and take a photo of the contents of the box and enter into RMA Software.
- Inspect bows to determine if any significant damage needs to be noted.
- Re-box items as needed
- Perform additional support duties to assist with organization of the department including creating spreadsheets and reports showing departmental progress.
- Maintain correct inventory of packaging supplies and order as needed.
- Stock workstation by building boxes, filling bins, and placing inventory requests, as needed
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalency.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to use software required to complete warranty paperwork (Epicor).
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
