From The Heart Home Care is urgently hiring a compassionate and dependable caregiver for an elderly client in Orangeburg, SC.
The client lives independently and would benefit from a caregiver who can communicate comfortably in Spanish while providing consistent support in the home.
Schedule
Approximately 24 Hours Per Week
➡ Consistent weekly schedule
➡ Exact days and times will be discussed during the interview
Client Needs & Requirements
- Provide companionship and daily support
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed
- Support with meal preparation and household routines
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Monitor general safety and report any concerns appropriately
What We’re Looking For
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual caregiver preferred
- Experienced caregiver or Personal Care Assistant preferred
- Must be dependable and reliable (attendance is critical)
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
- Strong communication skills
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle (REQUIRED – Uber/Lyft and ride-share services are not accepted for this position)
- MUST BE A SOUTH CAROLINA RESIDENT
- Ability to pass a background check
