As a company we sell Commercial Insurance policies for roughly 30 different insurance companies - we are an independent agency. We are looking for a bilingual employee to help service our customers billing needs (making payments and helping answer billing questions) and help customers get their proof of insurance documents.
You must be able to:
- Answer the phone and communicate in English and Spanish effectively
- Operate a computer/type in an quick/efficient manner
- Navigate through roughly 10 different insurance companies webpages to help customers make payments
- Work Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm or 7am to 4pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
