Pay: $30.00 - $43.00 per hour, Depending On Experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm | Some evenings and weekends required

What You Will Be Doing:

Retrofit/Changeout Installs
-
Install new and replacement commercial and residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems meeting industry standards, safety requirements, and specifications
-
Work in partnership with team members, customers, and contractors to complete installations efficiently
-
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions during install
-
Maintain a complete understanding of diagrams, blueprints, and spec sheets to properly install equipment
What We Are Looking For:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

3 + years of residential retrofit / changeout installation experience

Job lead experience
-
EPA Universal Certificate
-
Allen County Journeyman license highly desired

Well organized and ability to work independently

Great customer service

Continuous improvement approach with focus on HVAC

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

High school diploma or equivalent
