Position #1: Screen Printing Press Loader/Unloader

Position Overview
We are seeking part-time team members to work as loader/unloaders in our screen printing department. As a Screen Printing Warehouse Associate, you will be integral to the production process, ensuring high-quality prints, efficient workflow, and helping to deliver exceptional products to our clients. I recommend watching some videos on YouTube of screen printing if you've never seen it before.
Key Responsibilities - Loader Unloader
- Load and unload t-shirts on and off an automatic screen printing press
- Break down screen printing jobs
- Clean squeegees
- Assist the production manager as needed
Requirements

Position #2: Screen Printing Screen Department Assistant

We're seeking reliable and detail-oriented team members to join our screen printing department for the morning shift. This position focuses on cleaning, preparing, and burning screens to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Responsibilities
- Clean and reclaim screen printing screens according to established procedures
- Burn and expose screens accurately for upcoming production runs
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within the screen department
- Collaborate with the screen department manager and production manager on daily priorities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Prior screen printing or production experience is helpful but not required

Position Overview
We are seeking part-time team members to join our screen printing department in quality control and finishing. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, hardworking, and enjoy hands-on tasks in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Sort printed garments by size, color, design, and order
- Count completed garments to verify totals against work orders
- Inspect garments for defects, stains, or misprints
- Box and organize completed orders
- Finalize and return work orders to the front office
- Assist with shipping and inventory shelving
- Support the Production Manager with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently with hands in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting in all seasons
- Quick learner and dependable team player
