Production Team Member (Multiple Openings) | Afternoon Shift
Shirt Shanty is looking for great people to join our production team!
We're hiring for several part-time positions in our screen printing department. Whether you've worked in a warehouse before or you're looking to learn something new, we're happy to train the right person.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Afternoon Shift: 12:45 PM-7:00 PM during our busy season
- During slower seasons, shifts are typically 4-5 hours or less per day.
Location: Marietta, GA 30067 (In Person)
This schedule is a great fit for college students with morning classes or anyone looking for a consistent afternoon/evening part-time position.
We're Hiring For:
Press Loader/Unloader
Keep our automatic screen printing presses running by loading and unloading garments, breaking down jobs, cleaning equipment, and helping the production team throughout the day.
Screen Department Assistant
Prepare screens for production by cleaning, reclaiming, and burning screens while helping keep the department organized and running smoothly.
Screen Printing Expediter
Help prepare jobs before they reach the press by setting up screens, mixing inks, preparing garments, and assisting the Production Manager throughout production.
Quality Control & Finishing
Inspect finished garments, count and sort orders, box completed jobs, assist with shipping, and make sure every order leaves our shop looking its best.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who:
- Show up on time and are dependable.

- Pay attention to the details.
- Like working in a fast-paced environment.
- Work well with others.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Are comfortable working in a warehouse that's hot in the summer and cooler in the winter.
No screen printing experience? That's okay! We're happy to train someone with a great work ethic who's excited to learn.
If you've never seen commercial screen printing before, we recommend watching a few YouTube videos before your interview to get a feel for the process.
