American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Mother-Baby/LDRP position in Billings, MT, requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience and proficiency across labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Work in a hospital-based LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) unit providing couplet care
-
Patient population includes laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and antepartum/high-risk pregnancy patients
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
On-call required: 3–4 call shifts per 8-week block

Floating required to Pediatrics and NICU; safety sitting on any unit may also be required

13-week contract
-
Active Montana (MT) or Compact RN license currently in hand

Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring

Minimum 2 years of L&D RN experience required

Must have hands-on experience in labor, delivery, and postpartum/couplet care

Experience with high-risk or antepartum patients is a plus
-
Must reside 75 or more miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Nurses in this LDRP setting will manage the full continuum of care including labor, delivery, and postpartum couplets

Antepartum/high-risk pregnancy patients are also part of the caseload
-
First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

Local candidates are not eligible — applicants must live 75+ miles from the facility
