LEAD INSTALLER – Outdoor Shade Systems - Bentonville /Fayetteville, AR (Also Serving Little Rock Area)

Shade Doctor is one of the fastest-growing outdoor shade and screen companies in the region, and we’re looking for an experienced Lead Installer to join our team.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a skilled trades professional who is comfortable leading installations, managing a helper, and delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Do
● Install motorized screens, patio shades, pergola systems, and outdoor living products
● Lead installation projects from start to finish
● Hire, train, and manage your own helper
● Ensure installations are completed safely, professionally, and efficiently
● Represent the company with excellent customer service and craftsmanship
Training
● Paid Lead Installer Training: 2–3 weeks at $800 per week
● Helpers are trained once installation work begins
● If a Lead Installer chooses to have a helper trained before active installation work starts, that training is at the installer’s expense
Compensation
● Strong installers can earn $3,000–$8,000+ per week
● Income is based on production, efficiency, and performance

Requirements
● Construction, carpentry, remodeling, awning, screen, garage door, window, fencing, or related installation experience preferred
● Ability to read measurements and work accurately
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Ability to lift and handle installation materials
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Professional appearance and communication skills
● Ability to lead a crew and take ownership of projects
