Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Sales Representative to join our smoke shop team. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, and can help customers find the products that best fit their needs. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, staying informed about our products, and ensuring the store operates smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, helpful assistance
- Learn and maintain strong product knowledge (vapes, glass, accessories, tobacco, etc.)
- Operate the register, handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Check IDs and ensure all sales follow age-restriction laws and store policies
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and organized store
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments
- Monitor and prevent theft by staying attentive and following store procedures
- Answer customer questions and make product recommendations
- Follow all company policies and uphold a professional, friendly attitude
- Open or close the store (depending on shift)
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (smoke shop experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliability and punctuality are a must
- Ability to learn product details and stay updated on new items
- Basic cash-handling and POS skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (stocking, cleaning)
- Must be 21+ and able to provide valid ID

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
