Job Overview
Club Managersin Training are dedicated to making the fitness experience at our clubs an exceptional one. They assist in creating a fun and friendly environment by training and motivating the staff. They also participate in generating revenue, keeping a clean and well maintained club, while providing great customer service. The opportunity is there to grown within the company as an Operations Manager, Certified Operations Manger, and Member Services Manager. As well as other opportunities in the ever-expanding Fitness International Organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily club operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities and services
- Support event management efforts, including planning, setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up to deliver memorable experiences.
- Contribute to facilities management by maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment upkeep
- Participate in team development and leadership activities to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support safety protocols by assisting with first aid responses, CPR/AED operation, and emergency procedures as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in event venue management or hospitality is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability in team management or leadership roles
- CPR certification, AED operation, and first aid procedures is preferred
- Strong communication skills for managerial interactions and customer engagement
- Experience handling cash transactions and managing operational tasks such as facilities maintenance or operational management
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of guest service and safety

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
