Our client is actively seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join their growing team in Houston. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background managing underground utility projects and experience working with City of Houston and Harris County Flood Control projects.

Manage underground utility construction projects from start to finish

Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation

Coordinate with owners, municipalities, inspectors, subcontractors, and field teams

Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Track project costs, forecasting, and overall financial performance

Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships

Support bidding, change orders, and project closeout activities

Experience managing underground utility construction projects

Previous work with City of Houston and/or Harris County Flood Control projects preferred

Strong understanding of wet utilities, drainage, water, sewer, and infrastructure construction

Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
